Digital Product License

1. Ownership

All templates, layouts, designs, and files sold on this website ("the Products") remain the intellectual property of PT Santara Digital Indonesia. Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use it as described below; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property to you.

2. Standard License — What You Can Do

• Use the Product for your own personal or internal business purposes (documents, presentations, social media, and other internal or client-facing materials of your own business).
• Edit, customize, and adapt the Product (text, colors, logo, branding) to fit your business needs.
• Use the Product across multiple internal projects within the same business.

3. Standard License — What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the Product (in its original or modified form) as a standalone downloadable product, whether for free or for payment.
• Upload the Product to any template marketplace, stock asset site, or file-sharing platform.
• Use the Product to create a competing template or digital asset product for resale.
• Claim authorship or original ownership of the underlying design.

4. Resale/Extended License

A separate resale or extended license may be offered for specific Products. Where offered, the license terms stated on that specific product page take precedence over the restrictions in Section 3.

5. Delivery Format

Products are delivered in the file formats stated on each product page (for example DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, or Canva template links). We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from outdated or unsupported software on your device.

6. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a Product will meet every specific business requirement, and we recommend reviewing the product description and preview before purchase.

7. Termination

Any use of a Product in violation of this license automatically terminates your right to use that Product and may result in further action to protect our intellectual property.
